When listing your home with Property Brokers, you will not be charged any hidden fees above or beyond the sales commission. This means, you will not be charged a fee for your sign, your ads, your brochures, and especially not an additional Administration Fee. These are all expenses I personally take on when listing your home. Typically, I spend 1/3 of my commission earned on marketing and advertising material for your property.
One common misconception is that the Listing Agent (the agent selling your house) earns the entire amount of commission paid. On the contrary, to keep your home competitive, it is common to pay out 3% of the total sales commission out to an agent bringing in an offer on your property (Buyer’s Agent). Approximately 90% of all buyers use an agent other than the Listing Agent to purchase a home. For this very reason is why its so incredibly important to use the real estate agent network that all realtors rely on. Both buyers and agents use the MLS listing service to list their house - this network denotes the house details, availability, showing instructions and the buyers agent commission that is being offered.
