Sellers Basic

Sellers Basic 2% Package. This is solid sellers package that gives you good marketing exposure to sell your house for a reduced fee in comparison to the Sellers Pro Package.  Similar efforts, techniques and strategies will be used, just not to the full extent of the Sellers Pro.

Now the 2% commission is the Sellers side only and is ONLY paid to Property Brokers of MN if I can sell your house. You still need to decide how much to offer a buyers agent.  It is very standard and typical to offer 3% to buyers agents (also only paid if your house sells).  This means if a buyer already has a realtor and that agent brings them to our listing and decides to purchase, you would pay an additional 3% to the buyers agent - for a total of 5%.  Also meaning that the buyers agent will earn more commission than I would to sell your house.

What's Included in the Sellers Basic 2% Package:

• Your home will be listed in the Southeastern Multiple Listing Services (MLS) and NorthStar (twin cities/metro area) systems (the two primary MLS services in Minnesota), which allows your property to be viewed by thousands of potential buyers and agents.
• A step in yard For Sale sign will be placed outside of your home.
• A series of photos will be taken of your home to be used for marketing purposes
  
• A standard designed sales flyer will be produced and printed for marketing purposes
  
• A brochure box will be placed outside of your home and filled for potential buyers to receive information.
• Your home will be listed on Realtor.com 
• Your home will be featured on my website
• Your house will be marketed moderately through the internet
• An initial open house will be held within the first couple weeks your house is listed with me
  

*This is a minimum of marketing that will be done at this level, plus the above and beyond marketing efforts
